Culture

One part of the animation industry that was really interesting, was how cultures have taken over with their own interpretations to suit their country and consumers. Anime is a huge market in Japan after animators and creators sourced new ideas from the West 20 years ago.

I looked into the history of Anime and the culture revolution because of this new look on animation. I used the following websites to research and found some really interesting facts about Japan's Anime.

Steamboy was a successful Anime film created by  Katsuhiro Ohtomo in 2004. This is an example of how Japan took on animation to suit their own cultural background of drawings and designs in film.

The anime pictures above show the unique drawing style of Japanese artists, and why it's become such a popular style of animation in film and television series.
